Fourth-floor addition now approved in Gurgaon!

Before 2019 the Haryana government had only allowed the floor builders to build 3 floors on each plot, along with that if a building had four floors, the floor couldn’t be put up for sale as the builders could not register the fourth floor as an independent dwelling floor
